Payments made for website design and development services are generally non-refundable once the project has commenced and work has begun.
Website maintenance fees, whether monthly or yearly, are generally non-refundable after activation or renewal of the service period.
Payments made for domain registration, hosting services, SSL certificates, and third-party subscriptions are non-refundable, as these services are purchased from external providers.
Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of GR WEBTECH.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
